At Fresh Event Design our packages are designed to save you valuable time and money (and a few grey hairs!) so you can spend time on the important things. All our packages include unlimited phone and email consultation and your wedding co-ordinator will be present on the day to ensure every detail is taken care of before you and your guests arrive.    

 

TYING THE KNOT  (CEREMONY ONLY)                                               

  

• Free initial consultation to determine the size and style of your wedding and how we can assist you in planning your perfect wedding day.

• Overview of your general wedding plans and suggest styling ideas.

• Unlimited consultation hours by phone & email.

• One face-to-face meeting with your wedding co-ordinator to discuss your planning progress

• Detailed costing to keep track of the ceremony budget (and updates as changes occur)

• Quotes for ceremony related services including: photographer, celebrant, seating (if required), decorations,   flowers, aisle runners,300mv green laser, gown designers, venues, invitations & stationery and transport

• Coordination and management of contracts, bookings and deposits for ceremony venues and suppliers

• Liaison with all vendors hired to discuss and prepare schedule for the day

• Coordination and organisation of your ceremony

• Ensure that all the ceremony venue is set up and decorated to the couples’ expectations.

• Point of contact for all suppliers and guests  

• Complimentary gift for bride and groom

 

MR & MRS (RECEPTION ONLY)                                                            

  

• Free initial consultation to determine the size and style of your reception and how we can assist you in planning your perfect wedding day.

• Overview of your general wedding plans and suggest styling ideas.

• Unlimited consultation hours by phone & email.

• Two face-to-face meetings with your wedding co-ordinator to discuss your planning progress

• Quotes for reception related aspects including: venues, photographer/ videographer, entertainment, transport, gown designer, bonbonnieres, cake, decorations, table centrepieces, invitations and stationery

• Detailed costing to keep track of the reception budget (and updates as changes occur)

• Coordination and management of contracts, bookings and deposits for venues and suppliers

• Coordination and supervision of pre-wedding day aspects including: seating plans, invitations and RSVP’s,  table and room decorations

• Liaison with venue regarding set-up, supplier and vendor access, seating plan, decorations, menus and dietary requirements 

• Liaison with all vendors hired to discuss and prepare schedule for the day

• Ensure that all the reception venue is set up and decorated to the couples’ expectations.

• Liaison with venue staff and management on the day

• Complimentary gift for bride and groom

 

HAPPILY EVER AFTER  (CEREMONY & RECEPTION)                                          

 

• Free initial consultation to determine the size and style of your wedding and how we can assist you in planning your perfect wedding day.

• Overview of your general wedding plans and suggest styling ideas

• Unlimited consultation hours by phone & email

• Up to three face to face meetings with your wedding co-ordinator to discuss your planning progress

• Quotes for ceremony & reception related services such as: photographer, celebrant, flowers, venues, invitations & stationery etc. You will be provided with a comprehensive list of professional and reliable suppliers for each aspect of your event from which you can make the final decision.

• Bookings and confirmations of all chosen services

• Develop styling and design concept to align with your personality and wedding day vision, including colour schemes, floral arrangements, accessories, venue decorations and props.

• Detailed costing to keep track of the wedding budget (and updates as changes occur)

• Ensure that all the ceremony and reception venues are set up and decorated to the couples’ expectations.

• Coordination and organisation of your ceremony and reception

• Preparation of a detailed time line of your wedding day

• Liaison with all vendors hired to discuss and prepare schedule for the day  

• Liaison with venue staff and management on the day

• Run sheet & checklist for bridal party

• Emergency kit for bride and groom

• Attend, supervise and assist on wedding day from start of day to first hour of reception.This includes decoration of ceremony and reception venues if required.
